With much excitement and fanfare, we celebrate Past President Reid "Commander" Riker's naturalization as a bona fide citizen of the United States of America!
In honor of Reid's new citizenship, I invite you to enjoy the patriotic, educational classic: School House Rock: The Preamble. This musical rendition of the Constitution's fundamental purposes and guiding principles is fun for all ages, and an excellent tool for finally committing The Preamble to memory.
Grant from Karma Box will be with us on Monday, 1/11, to discuss the impact of this project in our community. The Karma Box Project is a community initiative that allows people to provide critical products, nonperishable food items and other useful thing directly to those who need it. Karma Boxes are located around Reno and are filled up with goods by anyone who wants to help.
