Midtown Rotary's Little Free Library program had the opportunity participate in the City of Reno Trunk or Treat safe trick-or-treating event, and it was a huge success! We were dubious at first - wondered how we would fare being the only table handing out "vegetables" instead of candy - but the little people were stoked! The littles got to choose their own books, and their excitement was infectious. It even turned into a little competition among our Rotarians to sling the winning book! We easily foresee this turning into an annual book drop event. As always, a huge thanks to Grassroots Books for their support with pallets of books, and their sage advice.
